SolarEdge Power Optimizers enable every two panels in the PV array to work independently. The underperformance of one panel will not affect others in the string, eliminating mismatch-related power losses due to shading, soiling, aging, or varying ground albedo (for bifacial panels), enabling higher overall energy production.
Use the S1500 to supercharge your solar installations by connecting as much as 30.4kW per string.
Supporting commercial and industrial rooftops, and carports, the S1500 Power Optimizer delivers 99.5% efficiency and the ability to track sunlight at multiple angles through Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for higher system production.
It’s compatible with high power panels up to 750W, including bifacial, G12 and 182-210mm rectangular cells, so you can design projects with panels currently amongst the largest on the market.
